Sometimes i think that one of the toughest tasks in my life is to just keep holding onto something for the long-term, sticking to it. Or maybe that’s the optimistic term for not giving up?
Anyway, back to the Subjects’ title: I haven’t been traveling much in the last 4 Years, largely due to work obstructing me, time-wise (I’m not including work-related ‘travel’, mind you; These have been scarce and never longer than 2 days max).
However, in November last year, due to myself entering the thirties and feeling mundane (understatement), i’ve decided to give myself an early birthday present and travel to rome, in order to fulfill myself the dream of seeing one of my favorite bands live.
Not Sure if the traveling virus has me, but two months ago i’ve been to Egypt, and tomorrow i’m gonna be flying to Germany, apparently.
I’m very excited, for at least two reasons: First, – i miss Germany. Miss the language, the vibes, the country. Secondly, i’m going to Berlin. Never before have i been to Berlin, not even during the 8 Years of my youth that i spent there.
“Berlin”, they say, “you’re gotta love it”.
Oh and by the way. Who knows, maybe i’ll have a chance to sketch some, over there.
